1. Servo Pay-off Stand – KFX-XXX-B/S Series

Our servo pay-off stand adopts a closed-loop control system to automatically unwind wire while maintaining constant tension regardless of spool diameter changes. It solves the common issue of tension fluctuation during unwinding.

Key Features:

  • Closed-loop active payout – Ensures tension stability from full to empty spool.

  • High precision – Accuracy meets demanding winding applications.

  • Flexible configuration – Single-head or multi-head independent payout.

  • Wide material compatibility – Suitable for enameled copper wire, carbon fiber, nylon, alloy wire, yarn, fiberglass, etc.

  • Motor options – Stepper motor (max 2m/s) or servo motor (max 5m/s).

  • Tension range – 5~1000 g.f (up to 5000g.f on extended models).

  • Wire diameter – Round wire 0.03~0.45mm; flat wire 1~6mm.

2. Pay-off Controller – KFXKZ-XXX-XSTZ Series

Designed to work seamlessly with the pay-off stand, the controller provides digital tension display, alarm outputs, and remote communication.

Key Features:

  • Real-time tension display – Digital readout of actual winding/unwinding tension.

  • Upper/lower limit alarm – Independent output ports for out-of-range conditions.

  • 485 communication – Enables PC control and data logging.

  • Tension setting options – Manual or programmable (depending on model suffix).

  • Forward/Reverse wire direction – Selectable (Z: forward, F: reverse).
